"That's good. I understand this is all rather daunting, but you've handled it quite well."
Naoto noticed Fuuka's glance towards the woods, and that worried look. Was she thinking about her companion? Junpei, wasn't it? She nearly asked, but was distracted by Fuuka's offer for help.
"Ah, you don't have--"
But the girl was already working her way over the fence, which had Naoto instinctively looking down to avoid... well, they were both girls, but it seemed like Fuuka still thought she was a boy. Should she correct the girl...?
Ah, but that was off topic. Turning back to look at the young woman, Naoto noticed a change in expression. She really did want to help... and it seemed to be making her feel better.
"Well, if you are certain you don't mind, I'd appreciate it."
Gingerly putting the turnip into a basket by her side, Naoto shifted over to the next one.
"I believe it probably has something to do with this place being sacred to a Harvest Goddess... it would make sense that because of that, plants would grow quickly, I suppose. Now, would you rather work side by side, or work at opposite ends of the field and meet in the middle? I don't know if we have another basket, however."
